Comedians Do The Resurrection Shuffle And Other Dances
Following their onstage reunion earlier this year the original surviving Fast Show stars are set to go on tour in 2025.
Simon Day, Charlie Higson, John Thomson, Paul Whitehouse, Mark Williams and Arabella Weir will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of the classic comedy.
The cast will chat together about how it all began, how they made the TV show, and created the characters and the fun they had doing it. This will be interspersed with performances of some of their best-loved sketches, monologues and songs, with on-screen inserts and a moment to remember their former collaborator, the late, great Caroline Aherne. Josh Widdicombe is the first celebrity announced to take part in the Strictly Come Dancing 2024 Christmas Special. He will be paired with professional dancer Karen Hauer.

Peter Kay has announced extra dates for his record-breaking comedy tour with a surprise TV ad in the opening episode of “I’m Celebrity Get Me Out of Here”. The new advert sees Peter spotted as he carries a gold toilet to his mum’s iconic bungalow and reveals new shows for 2025 & 2026.

Filming in Hartlepool, the workplace comedy also stars Nick Frost (Hot Fuzz, How To Train Your Dragon, Get Away), Doon Mackichan (Two Doors Down, Good Omens), Thomas Gray (Peacock, A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder), and Francesca Mills (The Witcher, Boat Story).
